Daxin Semiconductor was established in 2013. It is a high-tech company with a joint venture between Chinese and foreign partners, mainly founded by returnee PhDs. The company is primarily engaged in the design, manufacturing, and sales of power semiconductor chips and devices such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, and FRDs. It also provides related application solutions. The headquarters is located in Yuyao City, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, with subsidiaries in Shanghai and Hangzhou. The Shanghai subsidiary has a chip design center, and the Hangzhou subsidiary has an IGBT module production line. The company also has a sales office in Shenzhen.
